Global Supply Chain Manager

Bimbo QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) is a global bakery leader, proudly supporting quick service restaurant chains, retail, and foodservice around the world with high-quality buns, artisan rolls and sweet baked goods. The company has more than 65 years of experience and operates 49 high-speed bakeries located in more than 23 countries. This role is responsible for overseeing global procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and supplier relationships across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will bring a global mindset, strong leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration skills to drive efficiency, resilience, and innovation across our end-to-end supply chain. Key Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute global supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives and regional market dynamics. Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team across procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory control. Manage global supplier relationships, negotiate international contracts, and ensure compliance with trade regulations and sustainability standards. Oversee international logistics and distribution networks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal) to align supply chain activities with business goals. Implement and monitor global demand forecasting and inventory planning processes to optimize stock levels and reduce obsolescence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance global supply chain performance. Monitor and report on global supply chain KPIs, risks, and opportunities, using data analytics and digital tools. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and ethical sourcing practices. Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance visibility, agility, and automation across the global supply chain. CAPEX 2.0 responsibility ______________________________________________________________ Education and Work History: Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 8 years of progressive experience in global supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing international suppliers, logistics providers, and cross-border operations. Strong knowledge of global trade compliance, customs regulations, and international logistics. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
