Job Description

English Resume Only Main Responsabilities: Assists the Company Controller in performing the month-end close which includes: o Preparation of Month-End Journal entries related to payroll and SG&A expenses. o Review and approve the journal entries of staff before posting to the General Ledger. o Review Financial Statements for accuracy. o Ensures deadlines are met. Preparation of Group HQ report (AC/IC) and submission on time. Assist the Company Controller in preparing for the yearly budget, monthly review variances of Financial Statements between actual and budget and present notes, work with the related departments and; work with the related departments to find the opportunities and make the improvements. Ensures deadlines are met. Reconcile and analyze inventory in-transit and payable accounts. Prepare any adjusting journal entries. Reconcile and analyze various General Ledger accounts. Prepare any adjusting journal entries Supervision AR/AP daily work and give them the necessary support. Assist the Company Controller in preparing for the external financial statement audit. This includes preparation and review of various schedules, financial statement support and addressing supplemental auditor requests. Ensures that deadlines are met. Assist the Company Controller in preparing for tax audits. This includes preparation of various schedules, tax return support and addressing supplemental auditor requests. Ensures that deadlines are met Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree More than 2 years with experience in Accounts Receivable in automotive industry 2 years of experience Conversational/Advanced English Excellent verbal/written communication.
