Job Description

An IT Supervisor in LVMH Watches & Jewerly will be responsible For managing the entire IS&T infrastructure and providing end user support for the brands in MEXICO. This position works closely as key partner to all internal departments and headquarters. About the role This position is the main responsible of the organization and execution of the global and local IS&T strategy and roadmap. Main responsabilities included: End Users Support:IT main point of contact at the office with direct support actions dedicated to end users, execution of technical operations, dealing with technical change and solving incidents. Missions includes for instance: Deploy new laptops, iPad or iPhone. Qualifying technical/Business applications issues and previous debugging before opening a ticket to HQ. Deploying / testing business applications Physical Installing network devices and testing Internet relates issues Manages local vendors that deliver solutions and services to the company, negotiates service contracts and maintenance agreements. Ensures the Mexico organization gets the necessary level of support from HQ IS&T department Facilitate application support (SAP, CEGID, Sales force …) in coordination with key users and HQ-teams Work locally with Brands’ teams and SSC to understand operational needs and their long-term evolution. Works with HQ IT team to understand global strategy Consolidates local projects with respective global projects as well as LVMH group projects, into an implementation roadmap Organizes the local resources – internal/external, recruitment/trainings – to implement such roadmap. Defines IT cost center budget and the follow up of costs. Setups KPIs to monitor service level provided to Stores and HQ, follows service desk activity and challenges them, defines action plan to improve service. Represents the LVMH W&J within the LVMH Mexico IS&T community Implements and enforces the regional and global Cyber security policies. Analyses incidents and share conclusions. Expected skills: Professional Experience & Education IT or Systems degree 5 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in IT industry. Solid professional experience in an international context. IS solutions experience: SAP, Cegid, Sales Force commerce / sales clouds, Pro Concept Collaboration: Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, Webex IT knowledge in: Cyber Defense: detection (Siem, Cyber SOC), prevention (firewalls, proxy, mfa, hardening, operational best practices), audit (PCI, penetration testing, vulnerabilities scanning), remediation TCP/IP networking with Cisco/Meraki technologies (WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN, Voice, Videoconference) English level: Intermediate-Advanced (B2-C1). Ability to communicate with C level executives precisely in a short amount of time to keep them apprised of capabilities, opportunities and threats. Ability to have a global overview of technology. Budget management in a global enterprise (Capex and Opex) Project management experience running enterprise projects. Vendor and Contract management for all IT Operations. Complex Application Implementation experience. Cyber culture and experience Demonstrable Track record of delivering projects on time and within Budget. Telecommunications experience with ordering components, managing vendors and maintaining systems. Experience owning IT operations construction initiatives. Experience in Office IT support with hands on capabilities Interpersonal Skills : Effective communication Proactivity and customer service Ability to manage several projects at the same time, assess priorities and allocate resources If you are interested please apply in Linkedin.
