Supplier Integration Configuration Manager

For this role, the candidate will manage SIC Team. Monitor & report on performance of SIC agents tasks according to the company standards and targets; ensure processes are properly followed for exceptional customer service. Provide escalation support to resolve any SI Configuration issues in the most efficient way. • Define and track the SIC roadmap based on the stakeholder needs and business targets • Lead and be a key stakeholder for SI product acceleration and optimization • Act as a strategic partner to third-party commercial teams and Technical account managers • Provide proper visibility to the stakeholders on demand & capacity and results achieved Role needed to support the strategic expansion of TPS partnerships and ensure the maximization of the current SI portfolio with more than 700k hotels-suppliers configured. Hiring Requirements Portfolio analysis and optimization; gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements to optimize future and existing connectivity - 30% Strong understanding of organizational situation, platforms and systems, identifying future needs and solutions. High knowledge on each connectivity, key specification/limitations to prioritize improvements and optimization tasks - 20% Oversee, supervise processes, coordination, performance, service quality and day to day workflow and manage on going training and development of SIC agents - 30% Support Head of QC&SIC with the follow-up on new and current strategic implementations & propose and lead ideas for continuous service improvements - 20
