Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure expectations are met. Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and the company truck. Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times. Qualifications: Specialize in tile installation, including floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers, with a focus on precision and quality. Proficiency in painting, carpentry, door installation, drywall, tape, bed, and texture application. Knowledge of tile installation is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
