Invoicing Specialist (Shipping Agency) (temporary contract)

MISSION: Ensure that Service Delivery tasks (Invoicing & Disputes) are completed efficiently to meet customer requirements and adhere strictly to Group processes and local legal requirements. TASKS: Invoicing of shipping freights (import and export) Billing for additional expenses Invoicing of DDSM Transmission of vessels from origin to destination Resolution of customer disputes Control & attention to VIP clients REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Customer service/ user support Customer invoicing Risk management Understanding of the legal and/or regulatory framework Familiarity with Incoterms and shipping documentation English Software / IT Applications SOFT SKILLS Teamwork Communication skills Attention to detail Problem solving Customer focus Hability to multitask
