Job Title: Warehouse Yard Picker (Forklift Operator)

Location: Fairfield, OH

Position Type: Full-Time | Industrial Yard Work

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Possible Saturday shifts | 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Compensation: $20 – $22 per hour (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Yard Picker to join our team at an industrial yard facility. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift and warehouse experience, with preference given to those familiar with pipe handling. This role involves the movement and organization of stainless steel pipe, inventory management using RFID scanners, and operating various forklifts on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 5,000 lb. forklift (and potentially a 16-ton forklift with experience)
  
• Load, unload, and move stainless steel pipe up to 20 feet in length
  
• Perform yard organization and pipe inventory tracking
  
• Use RFID scanning tools for inventory management
  
• Follow all site-specific safety protocols
  
• Complete a 3–4 hour on-site safety course on the first day
  

Qualifications:

• Forklift certification preferred (on-site training available for qualified candidates)
  
• Prior warehouse or pipe yard experience highly preferred
  
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials
  
• Must pass a drug screen and background check per Allied contract requirements
