This role will require a flexible, agile approach to meet our changing business needs. Responsibilities : Coordinate with privacy project managers, application technical owners, and business owners to ensure implementation of Data lake, warehouse and reporting Develop and maintain reports (e.g., Record of Processing Activities), Metrics, Dashboards, in Power BI / Tableau / MS Fabric Administer tool features with the highest level of discretion, sensitivity, and integrity in handling confidential information. Lead and collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of product goals. Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings of analysis, and propose solutions that address user requirements Effectively communicate through progress reports, user documentation and formal presentations to teams and management across functions and divisions Participate in cross-functional business and system process improvement What We’re Looking For : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience. Proficient English Communication written and oral. 6 years of IT experience in a similar role with the following is required: Experience in the following is preferred: Data Discovery, Other Data Privacy Technologies, Agile (Scrum) methodology. Experience in the following is a plus: Data Governance concepts and technologies. Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau Alteryx Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Strong hands-on experience with any ETL tools (Informatica is preferred) Familiarity with data lakes , Delta Lake , or Lakehouse architecture. Ability to gather functional and non-functional requirements, design business solutions that meet requirements, and perform data analysis. Experience facilitating functional design and technical design for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions. The Location : Mexico - Virtual
