Cyber Governance – Program Performance and Strategy- Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving program excellence in cybersecurity? As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Governance – Program Performance and Strategy team, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing cybersecurity initiatives for our clients. You’ll leverage your expertise in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. This is an opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a measurable impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage cybersecurity programs using project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Utilize tools like MS Project and Jira to plan, track, and report on project progress, risks, and deliverables. Analyze program data to assess performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements for enhanced program outcomes. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Apply strong leadership, risk management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 4 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within cybersecurity or technology environments Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Preferred Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) Coursework or training related to project management or cybersecurity governance Experience with data analysis and performance measurement in program management Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Our people and culture Our inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
