Talent Acquisition Associate – Driver Engagement

About Us: Club Feast is a fast-growing food-tech startup helping businesses simplify and improve their corporate meal experience. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Driver Engagement team and support the recruitment and engagement of delivery drivers across multiple markets. About the Role: We're looking for someone proactive, organized, and people-oriented to help grow and maintain our driver network. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new drivers, while also helping streamline internal processes and communications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruiting, logistics, and making a direct impact on operations. Key Responsibilities: Source and identify qualified drivers across target markets Conduct outreach and phone screenings to assess fit Coordinate interview scheduling and assist in onboarding Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) updated and organized Post and manage driver job listings across platforms Maintain strong, ongoing communication with candidates and new drivers Support the Driver Engagement team in ensuring a reliable, high-quality driver pipeline Suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment and onboarding experience What We’re Looking For: Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines Positive attitude and team player Prior experience in recruiting, operations, or logistics is a plus Requirements: Full-time availability Comfortable working remotely using tools like Google Suite, Slack, and ATS platforms Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup What We Offer: Fully remote, full-time position Hands-on experience in recruiting and operations Opportunity to work in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment Collaboration with an experienced and supportive team Room for growth and development within the company
