We are looking for a Operations Expert T24 , working close to one of our main clients in banking sector. Main tasks and accountabilities will be: As a member of the “IT Core Operations” team, ensure smooth running of jobs and interfaces, e.g. applications or databases. Responsibilities include monitoring , start and stop of jobs, queues, processes and perform deployments. Ensure smooth running of processes and interfaces Execute and supervise the close of business Maintaining production and test environments Deployment of artefacts in Production and test environments Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs Automate tasks where ever possible Resolves and closes incidents /service requests from Global IT-Service Desk as per procedures & allocated timelines Provides first-line investigation and diagnosis Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales Logs relevant incident/service request details per help desk procedures Complete daily and periodic checklists Produce IT reporting (KPIs) to IT Management What UST expects from you? At least 5 years experience with T24 Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting Knowledge of Transact (T24), Automic (UC4) Strong Troubleshooting skills Ability to write technical support documentation Willingness to work flexible hours/Shifts/weekends when needed Spanish is a big plus Knowledge of jBoss and oracle will be considered as an advantage Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams. Work location Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office. ⏰ Work schedule Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
