Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction. Prepare food items according to Five Guys standards and specifications. Keep the restaurant clean and organized during and after service. Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restock supplies as needed. Accurately handle cash and process transactions responsibly. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements Must be at least 16 years old to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
