The Materials Analyst role involves expediting raw materials to avoid production line stoppages in order to fulfill customer orders, as well as maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your role: Track shipments from suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time. Analyze ERP parameters to improve delivery dates and inventory. Review any implemented changes with the engineering team to avoid material shortages. Review and take action to maintain healthy inventory levels. Evaluate and update material demand forecasts based on sales trends and the monthly schedule. Adjust material orders based on consumption analysis and forecasts. Conduct DOH (Days On Hand) in-plant review. What do you need? Bachelor’s degree equivalent to the position. Minimum 3 years of experience within the automotive electronics industry. Inventory control skills. Data analysis skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with waterfall creation and analysis. Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
