Sales Engineer

Responsibilities Maintain customer relationships and develop new customers; Responsible for the coordination and promotion of business-related work within the company; Complete the temporary work assigned by the superiors. Qualifications Experience: 3-12 years of sales experience in Mexico/Latin America markets (maximum 12 years); Must have worked in relevant industries : Plastic materials (manufacturers or traders); Injection molding plants; Background in plastic-related roles within automotive (Tier 1), home appliances, or electrical/electronics industries; Willingness for frequent business travel (Approx. 3 days per week); Strong customer service orientation; Team player – must align with team decisions. How can you handle the difference with team decisions? Better to have cross-cultural collaboration skills (preference given to candidates with experience in Asian companies); Language Proficiency: Native Spanish speaker; Fluent in English (verbal & written, including professional email communication). Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
