As a Senior Consultant on the CMO (Cyber Management Office) team, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and optimizing cybersecurity programs for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, you’ll help ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement in cyber governance. Responsibilities Lead and manage cybersecurity projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure timely and effective delivery. Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and Jira to plan, monitor, and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes. Analyze project and program data to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend actionable improvements. Foster collaboration and clear communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Apply strong leadership, risk management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to address challenges and drive project success. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 4 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within cybersecurity or technology environments Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Preferred Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) Coursework or training in project management or cybersecurity governance Experience with data analysis and performance measurement in project management Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Our people and culture Our inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
