Front Desk Agent We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing appointments, confirming schedules, and assisting with day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates are: – Warm and professional in communication – Detail-oriented and comfortable with booking systems – Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment – Experienced in customer service (hospitality, spa, or salon experience is a plus) – Based locally and looking for long-term growth within a team -Intermediate to advance English is essential for this role
