Job Description

What you will do: Drive production objectives to ensure timely service and process functionality. Assure Operations run by updated process reflect on worksheet (ODS) Responsible for meeting assigned production programs by creating, maintaining and updating worksheets (ODS). Follow and drive guidelines and regulations of Health, Safety and Environment. How you will do it: Responsible for process optimization analyzing and planning the flow, determining the most effective use personnel and equipment to increase productivity. Responsible for Life Cycle Analysis of assigned areas. Intervene to identify and correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behavior. Identify and report potential adverse environmental impacts. Develop Line process plan considering NPI and maintenance Input for process improvement opportunities. Drive EC Implementation and comply with proposed dates on project. Support and document as needed NPI Pilot runs schedule. Responsible for NPI equipment/ tools selection for new process. Responsible for automation of manufacturing processes. Responsible for the definition / update of labor required for each product based on Engineering changes or transfers. Provide Subassembly and FG rework process. Define correct work centers according to production line. Participate in Kaizen events to improve/Meet area and plant metrics. Participate in cost savings ideas and implementation for the plant. Responsible of promoting a safe environment at work. Key element in the customer service and continuous improvement culture. Develop and reinforce the integrity of PFMEA, Operator Description Sheets, re-work Instructions and visual aids in accordance with Engineering changes and other process changes. Responsible of inventory cost reduction metric by converting, reworking excess of material. Drive problem solving methodology to support operations constraints. Participate in risk management, which includes the identification of failure modes, hazards and environmental aspects, their respective assessment and the definition and implementation of controls. Create process deviations (TCN) Temporary changes notice. Evaluate alternate part numbers and document process validations and keep communication with design Engineers. Identify CapEx opportunities to maintain and sustain business continuity. Responsible for defining tools and equipment needed for new lines. Responsible for process improvement by implementing new tools or equipment. Define Critical spare parts and consumables of the process equipment. Define preventive and corrective maintenance with maintenance engineering. What we look for: Education and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electronic, Mechanic, Mechatronic, or equivalent experience. Proficient of PFMA, Control Plam, Work Instructions, Data Analysis, Fixtures Desing. Proficiency in Manufacturing Lines skills Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge on LEAN and Cost Savings. Language: English Level. Experience: Minimum of 3 Years on Process Engineering.
