Job Description Job Description Manufacturing Quality Project Coordinator Location: Somerset, NJ Pay Rate: $24.50-$26.50 DOE Leading fragrance manufacturer located in Somerset, NJ is in need of a Project Coordinator to join the team! Duties: Receives, edits, and completes sample project requests Involves filling, labelling, packing, and shipping sample requests using UPS or Fed Ex Interacts with various departments to receive information and resolve problems Send regulatory documents Creates and maintains information tables for department Communicates with customers, Sales, Perfumers, and Regulatory. Performs quality control checks on outgoing samples Check inventory and order supplies of sample bottles and packing materials Fill customer samples from library Assist lab technicians as necessary Update requests at the end of the day with tracking numbers and other information Requirements: Relevant experience in manufacturing Proficient with MS Office Suite Strong communication skills Able to be on your feet throughout entire shift Able to lift 25 lbs Lab experience preferred Zing Recruiting, a leader in the staffing industry for the past 33 years, continues our vision of ‘linking’ communities through employment.
