Havas Lynx are on the hunt for an established Senior creative team - a Senior Art Director and a Senior Copywriter - ready to bring big ideas to life across digital, film, and fully integrated campaigns. You’ll join a collaborative, award-winning agency committed to high standards of creativity. You’ll work across a diverse mix of therapy areas producing work that’s created for both patients and healthcare professionals. From long-form film and high-impact print to digital and social campaigns, you’ll flex your conceptual muscles daily, taking ideas from first spark to final execution. You’ll lead shoots, own production, present to clients, and help steer projects from start to finish. Our approach blends strategic insights and deep scientific acumen with cutting-edge creativity and digital innovation, crafting campaigns and solutions that significantly improve people's lives. We work in close partnership with healthcare professionals, patients, and leading pharmaceutical brands to navigate the complex challenges of today's healthcare landscape. We’re looking for a team that’s creatively ambitious, confident in the room, and genuinely passionate about making great work. You thrive on a good brief, care deeply about craft, and are hungry to create award-winning ideas that don’t just look great - they connect. You’ll be comfortable owning projects, presenting with clarity and conviction, and collaborating with strategists, producers, and clients alike to bring great ideas to life. Just a heads up that this role is based in Manchester, and we’re in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
