Project Coordinator

Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a success company in Biggs, CA. Compensation: $24-$28/hr DOE Schedule: 4 10's(Mon-Thurs), 6am start Job Responsibilities: Assist with planning and execution of facility projects, upgrades, installations, and renovations Develop project plans and timelines aligned with company objectives Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to support project progress Track project documentation, budgets, inventory, and timelines Support the Maintenance Manager in prioritizing projects and resolving scheduling conflicts Monitor project status and recommend solutions to maintain workflow Order materials, maintain accurate inventory, and handle procurement tasks Lead or participate in regular maintenance and project update meetings Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, HACCP, and all applicable safety and food safety standards Perform additional tasks as assigned Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred 1–2 years of project coordination experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, including in varied temperatures and moderate noise levels Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Availability for overtime, holidays, and weekend work as needed Job Qualifications: Valid driver’s license Must be able to pass background screening Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Please apply today!
