Job Description

BEPC Inc. provides Specialized Engineering Solutions and IT Project Management services to Fortune 500 companies in the Life Science and Technology industries. BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter responsible for interviewing, testing and referring applicants for contract and direct hire positions within the industries we recruit for. This position primarily consists of selling contracts to candidates and obtaining qualified candidates to sell to clients. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships. The ideal candidate will have solid experience recruiting within the maquiladora industry and practical experience in candidate prospecting and the hiring process. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Locate and interview candidates for our clients. Timely review of applicants who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using Boolean search language. Articulate value proposition for candidates who are interested in the job opportunity. Prepare candidates for interviews; providing logistical information, interview schedule, and expectations for follow up from the recruiter. Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews. Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews. Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with requisition specifications to determine if the candidate is a match for the role. Continuously build a talent pipeline to ensure there are always multiple candidates in play. Attendance at Recruitment Fairs Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities. Proactively and regularly communicated the status of each search to the Program Manager. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience Ability to speak English - (80% or higher) 1 – 2 years of experience in human resources or recruiting preferred. Experience with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, OCC, etc. ATS management Customer service experience is ideal Experience recruiting Engineering and IT positions in the medical industry (Preferred).
