Human Resources Director - HQ Human Resources Director Headquarters - Maison L'Occitane en Provence Are you a dynamic, hands-on HR leader ready to own the full employee experience for a high-impact HQ population? We are looking for a strategic HR Director to join our L'Occitane en Provence HR team and act as the single point of contact for our HQ leaders and managers "” guiding the entire employee lifecycle. With this pivotal role you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders (COMEX -1) and take full ownership of all people-related matters. You will play a central part in shaping our culture, ensuring operational excellence, and driving impactful people/talent strategies aligned with our global HR roadmap. Location: Plan-Les-Ouates (near Geneva). Reporting to: Chief People Officer Key Responsibilities : End-to-End people ownership: lead the full employee lifecycle for HQ, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, L&D, engagement, rewards, and offboarding. Strategic HR Partnership: advise business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance, compensation, and talent strategies. Talent & Performance: oversee performance cycles, succession planning, and internal development plans. Ensure attraction and retention of top talent. Engagement & DEI: lead employee engagement initiatives, DEI actions, and internal communication for the HQ site. Leadership Development: support and execute leadership development initiatives in collaboration with Global L&D HR Operations & Compensation: supervise compensation cycles (salary review, grading, CIP), HRIS data integrity, and compliance with Swiss labor law. People Analytics: leverage key HR metrics to inform decisions and enhance people strategies Sustainability & Well-being: champion local B-Corp actions and employee well-being initiatives. HR Process Excellence: drive continuous improvement, optimize HR policies, and lead local change management efforts. Budget & Workforce Planning: support FTE planning, budgeting processes, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. How you can fit: 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 7 years in HRBP or HR Director-level roles. FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty sectors is a must Dual exposure to both local and global/ HQ environments Proven experience in managing transformations and organizational change Deep knowledge of Swiss labor law and European HR compliance Fluent in English and French , spoken and written Demonstrated strong project leadership capabilities in order to co-create strategies and work effectively across diverse teams and departments Excellent communication skills allowing to lead by influence in a multicultural environment and to combine emotional intelligence with efficiency Inspiring and energetic personality with the ability to engage, motivate stakeholders and to manage multiple conflicting priorities with a hands-on & pragmatic approach Strong management & leadership capabilities , with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership Strategic & growth mindset , capable of developing long-term plans that align with the company's mission and values Strong problem-solving and analytical skills , using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement What we offer: Working for a unique company, strongly committed towards the planet and the people (B Corp certification) Working with passionate colleagues coming from all over the world A unique culture of trust, curiosity, excellence and impact.
