As a Senior CRM Technical Expert, you will: Design and document the solution architecture and integration blueprints . Lead system configuration , customization , and data migration efforts. Oversee API development and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Support change management , including training and operational transition. Deliver comprehensive documentation across all project phases. Experience required: 8 years of CRM project experience, including 5 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proven leadership in end-to-end CRM implementations , including architecture, integration, and team management. Strong command of Azure Dataverse , DevOps , and enterprise integration . Expertise in data migration , API development , and security compliance .
