Support technical configuration and functional improvements in Workday . Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions with minimal disruption to users. Ensure compliance with audit requirements through well-documented processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Conduct regression testing and support system stability during updates. Document configurations, testing outcomes, and support knowledge transfer. Your Profile Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field. Project Management Certification or equivalent experience. Workday Training Certification or equivalent hands-on experience. Experience: Proven experience in a professional office environment. Strong hands-on experience with Workday, especially in reporting and dashboards. (Desirable) 2-3 years of relevant work experience. (Desirable) Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. (Desirable) Background in HR or payroll.
