Hello, I'm Océane, a recruitment consultant with Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance and accounting. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area, and I specialize in assisting accounting firms.I'm looking for an Audit Manager for an accounting firm in Montreal.This firm has around 75 employees and offers a hybrid work mode.Your responsibilities:Assess risk factors and plan assurance engagements, including time estimates (budgets).budgets)Coordinate with clients and control engagements by delegating and adequately supervisingexecutionReview engagements according to established quality standards (compliance with standards, quality ofdocumentation)Review tax returns (T1-T2-T3)Render and explain review notes for timely resolutionReview and submit assignments to quality controlIdentify customer needs and opportunities for new servicesAct as resource person to partner, clients and employeesCoordinate actions to be taken with various stakeholders (customers, work team, "QC", government, bank, etc.)Determine time budgets for mandatesPlan, organize, control and evaluate assigned customer assignmentsManage, supervise, train and evaluate assigned employeesParticipate in selection processes, identify and evaluate potential by acting as a mentorMake well-founded decisions in a timely manner within the limits of his/her authority and informthe associateIncrease added value by offering consulting services while participating in business development
