Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sell new vehicles to individual and business customers. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Conduct product presentations and test drives. Ensure customer satisfaction from initial enquiry through to delivery and after-sales follow-up. Stay updated on product knowledge, features, promotions, and industry trends. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of new vehicle sales experience. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills. Valid drivers license and clean criminal record. Matric (Grade 12); further sales or marketing qualifications are advantageous. Ideal Candidate: Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven. Energetic with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Excellent people skills and customer service orientation.
