Job Description
Responsibilities Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) Maintain vendor and supplier records Request & evaluate quotes Monitor deliveries and order status Reconcile invoices and delivery notes Maintain procurement documentation and records Weekly tracking/planning of stock on hand Support budget and spend tracking Assist with tender and contract processes Coordinate with internal departments Identify and recommend process improvements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools Detail-oriented with strong record keeping & data accuracy skills Ability to work without supervision Must be reliable & accountable with the planning and execution of tasks Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and handle multiple orders or requests. Basic negotiation skills for pricing and contract terms Positive & proactive team player attitude Purchase order management Supplier & vendor management Inventory & stock co-ordination Report & general analysis Support procurement projects (Assist with tendering processes, contract management or sourcing initiatives) Sync experience or any ERP system is beneficial 3 years experience
