Job Description

Minimum requirements: Matric Proven experience as a PA, executive assistant, or office administrator MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Discretion and confidentiality are essential Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the executives calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements Screen calls, emails, and other correspondence; respond or redirect as necessary Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items Coordinate personal and professional errands or tasks as requested Provide general administrative support to the office or team Draft letters, reports, presentations, and other documents Maintain office filing systems, supplies inventory, and equipment coordination Welcome and assist visitors; answer incoming phone calls Assist with the planning and coordination of company events and meetings Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Consultant: Timiyah de Goede - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
