The specialist will be responsible for managing and conducting quality control activities on incoming components, ensuring compliance with established standards and customer plans. The successful candidate will report directly to the Component Conformity Control Manager. Key Responsibilities: Develop daily control plans based on arrivals, inventory levels, and prioritized tasks from Logistics and Scheduling. Perform quality checks on incoming components and record results in SAP, releasing conforming materials. Collaborate in non-conformity management with customers (fee-based) and suppliers (full-service). Support proper archiving of technical specifications and designs, ensuring accessibility for quality control purposes. Participate in defining reference palettes and aesthetic standards for components. Review and approve or reject overtime projects initiated by production following non-conformities found during line operation. Ensure availability of conforming components for production within scheduled times. Operational and documental management of non-conformities, including definition of corrective actions. Maintenance and update of technical and aesthetic component standards in collaboration with internal teams. Interface with Production, Quality, Engineering/Technical Area, Industrialization, Packaging Development, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent reading comprehension of technical drawings for components. Good knowledge and use of mechanical and digital measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, comparators), coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and optical automation systems. In-depth knowledge of the cosmetic packaging sector. Familiarity with product technical specifications and materials. Understanding of AQL, control plans, and statistical sampling concepts. Requirements: Tech diploma or short degree in technical disciplines. At least 3 years' experience in Quality Control, preferably in cosmetic, pharmaceutical/medical, automotive, or industrial contexts. Benefits: Indefinite contract directly with the client company.
