Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the a High Tech company in Fribourg. Customer Service Specialist Our client is a global leader in the research, design, integration, manufacture, certification, and lifetime service of measurement solutions for different added value industries. Description Manage and support a portfolio of premier Category customer accounts. Ensure seamless processing of orders and deliveries (OTP / OTR / OTD). Handle pricing calculations for RFQs and contracts. Oversee customer forecasts and demand planning. Address customer disputes and manage overdue accounts. Contribute to inventory, revenue, and arrears target management. Maintain accurate customer master data (MDG). Profile Commercial background or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business or similar. Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B customer service, ideally within industrial or high-value technological environments. Proven ability to manage stakeholders in an international setting. Strong communication, listening, and multitasking skills. Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible team player. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
