Brand Director

POSITION SUMMARY The BRAND DIRECTOR is a dynamic and visionary key position that will lead and elevate our brand's identity, positioning, and growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and creative leader with a strong understanding and experience in sales, product, brand storytelling, fashion marketing, and consumer behavior. QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. -15 years of brand experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the fashion, luxury, sports or lifestyle industry. -Proven track record of building and scaling brands in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. -Experience with global branding and multi-market strategies is preferred. -Proficient in English skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Brand Strategy & Positioning: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, digital, retail, and product experiences, as well as conduct market research and trend analysis to refine brand positioning and identify growth opportunities. -Campaign Development & Execution: Oversee the creative direction and execution of seasonal brand campaigns, product launches, and key marketing initiatives. -Team Leadership & Collaboration: Partner closely with product, merchandising, PR & Marketing, eCommerce, and other retail teams to align brand messaging and initiatives. Manage and mentor a cross-functional team. -Digital & Social Strategy
