Maintenance Manager

Your Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the maintenance team, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Manage budgets, suppliers, and spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Support continuous improvement projects to optimize production processes. Communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders. What We Are Looking For: ✔️ Engineering degree or related field. ✔️ Fluent English (mandatory – daily communication with international teams). ✔️ 5 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment. ✔️ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. ✔️ Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 is a plus. ✔️ Leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
