Job Description

Smart and Intellectual Representative (with good language expertise in Mexico - Spanish and English ), has got great interpersonal skills, confidently talks and has the caliber to have positive conversations with various sources & employers to get the previous and current employment and education details of their previous employees per requirement. Has the capability to own the problem and get the job done effectively- must be capable of getting verifications, solving customer issues/complaints and inquiries & helps enhance customer experience. Must know to multi-task and toggle between applications, must be good with MS Office package skills (like usage of outlook, reading and comprehending emails and responding to various sources), must be a quick learner to learn complex processes Responsibilities: Manage daily inbound and outbound calls with efficiency (approximately 70 checks to be attempted via calls and emails and an expectation of 15% to 20% successful closures) Follow communication “scripts” when handling different business scenarios Get employment & education verification from different sources. Identify customers’ needs, clarify the business need, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Build sustainable relationships and engage with customers to enhance overall customer experience Maintain records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible manner Frequently attend training & seminars to improve knowledge and performance level Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Agent Qualifications / Skills: Verbal communication (Must know Spanish and English (basic Portugal language will be an added advantage)) Good with written and verbal communication Good with Listening and comprehending skills Phone Etiquettes Data entry skills Interpersonal skills Client Centric Customer service oriented Eye for details Professionalism Multi-tasking Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: University/college degree Experience Required – 0-1 Years Previous customer service experience, especially in call-centers, preferred.
