Material Specialist Principal Responsabilities Analysis daily BO & RF Daily verification of the back orders and preceding required by the customer in the System. Analysis of the material that will be required from suppliers. Request and follow-up of material to assigned suppliers (Import NPX). Analysis forecast (safety stock) Analysis of the material that is in BO and add forecast. Analysis of the material in inventory close to completion. Request and follow-up of material to assigned suppliers (Import NPX). Review of daily and in transit material Verify daily report of material arrival warehouse. Daily verification in system and physical material that is in transit. Creation of demands and request for transfer of pending material to complete the order. Continuous communication with warehouse personnel and the material control team to complete the orders. Analysis obsolete/import components to master file Creation a master file that containing the assemblies with their components with record sales. Verification of consumption of internal components. Identification of running / obsolete components. Classification of local / imported materials. Requirement of components for obsolete assemblies with a consumption of 3 months. Import planner is person in charge to open po and follow-up the urgent material. SVC Reports BO & RF Report by supplier. Master components file. Individual and team KPI report by month. Inventory control. Demand report. Skills and abilities Relevant experience(s) & duration: 2 year of buyer planner. Intermediate to advanced computer skills MS office, Excel and PowerPoint are required Intermediate to advanced English Level (Spoken and written) Responsible and work smart
