Mission: As a LOGISTICS ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT you will be responsible of coaching and animating the sites logistics engineering network. Responsibilities: Ensure that the site Logistics Engineering teams have the right professional competencies on Logistics standards and tools through regular assessments. Detecting abnormalities and gaps versus the defined standards, contributes to set-up action plans, including those arising from repetitive / critical open incidents. Standardize job routines to perform tasks in an efficient and robust way; Drive the logistics performance through dedicated KPIs (Logistics Dashboard/P&L) Execute the Group Logistics standards, working methods, methodologies and digital solutions with site logistics engineering team: Implement measured works standards in Logistics to improve direct labor efficiency (Logistics DLE); Promote standardization of packaging & labeling following the Logistics Requirements. Implement the physical flows solutions (receiving automation, AGVs, Conveyors, …) Promote the efficient and accurate usage of the digital solutions and standards, such as WMS - Warehouse Management System, supplier ASN, Contribute to innovative solutions such as logistics flow simulation, or digital layout solutions. Ensure inventory accuracy, through robust process implementation, including cycle counting organization. Perform the Antolin Industrial System roadmaps and working methods assessment, including team On Job Training related to physical flows and logistics engineering. Perform the training programs on Logistics Engineering network (Logistics engineering team, logistics flow analyst) Support the Sites in Value Stream Map usage with focus on logistics shop floor design and physical flows improvement. Detect and escalate gaps in the Group Safety Standards application. What we are looking for: A degree in Engineering, Production or similar. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions in the automotive sector.
