Requirements: Solid experience as an Operations or Customer Service Supervisor (preferably in BPO or Call Center environments); Strong familiarity with KPIs and operational metrics, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance; Previous experience with social media environments or content-related processes is a strong plus; Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Availability to work on-site in Lapa/SP; Advanced or fluent English is mandatory. ?? Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and engage operational teams to deliver outstanding service and results; Monitor and analyze performance indicators, proposing strategic action plans for continuous improvement; Support the professional development of team members through coaching and feedback; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated service strategies; Stay informed on industry best practices and digital trends to innovate and optimize operations. ??
