They are a recognized leader in international beauty and fragrance. The Role We are looking for a Operations Specialist based in Milan. The role involves coordinating daily activities, analyzing performance data, identifying process inefficiencies, and supporting the implementation of best practices and systems to optimize productivity, cost-effectiveness, and service quality. Key Responsibilities: - Order issuance and follow-up - Production of periodic reports using Excel and other data analysis tools - Calculation and development of operational KPIs - Analysis and monitoring of operational processes, with the aim of identifying critical issues and opportunities for improvement - Support in the implementation of new company ERP systems What We Are Looking For: - Degree in STEM preferably - Intermediate technical and IT skills - Strong analytical skills - Fluent in English. Spanish and/or German is a plus - Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and SAP · Proactive, motivated, passionated, curios and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
