At least 3 years of proven experience in customer service, preferably in fashion. A natural salesperson, highly motivated to achieve targets (KPIs). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients. Flexibility to work on weekends. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English; additional languages are welcome.
