Job Responsibilities - Lead and contribute to the finance team - Manage relations with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies - Oversee banking relationships - Interface between big data/platform and accounting systems for trades, deposits, withdrawals, and P&L movements - Draft SOPs and policies to ensure compliance with MiCAR requirements - Serve as the main contact for finance-related queries and solutions - Track payments and expenditures, including payroll, invoices, and purchase orders, and streamline processes - Reconcile entries and verify system reports - Support daily payment operations, including bank transactions and cash handling - Respond to vendor inquiries regarding finance - Prepare account analyses and monthly reports - Perform additional duties as required Job Requirements - Over 5 years of comprehensive finance experience, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable - Knowledge of Austria's corporate requirements: VAT, corporate tax, audits - Good understanding of international telegraphic transfers - Ability to manage and analyze financial data - Proficient in spreadsheets and proprietary software - High proficiency in English (spoken and written) - Skilled in MS Office and Oracle Netsuite - Accurate and detail-oriented - Knowledge of MiCAR financial requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with professional qualifications Preferred Qualifications - Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or brokerage firms - Big 4 experience - Regulatory experience - Multi-currency handling - Seniority level depends on experience J-18808-Ljbffr
