FACILITY MAINTENANCE MANAGER

We’re looking for an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to work in Hildale, Utah. Key Responsibilities: Help maintain maintenance of company buildings, facilities, equipment, landscaping, and grounds Review maintenance work orders and fully handle issues Develop and implement schedules for all facility maintenance Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency or reduce waste Maintain company vehicles Fix all issues within the buildings as needed Maintain inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and supplies Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols Perform landscape maintenance Perform facility inspections to identify and resolve issues Required Skills: At least 6 months of facility maintenance experience High school diploma or equivalent Detail-oriented Preferred Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
