As a Warehouse Manager , you’ll play a key role in setting up smooth operations at our cutting-edge warehouse in Echt , which is currently under construction. This position offers a rare opportunity to be involved from day one, supporting an early-phase implementation at a strategically important Arvato site for our growing network. YOUR TASKS Warehouse Manager role involves leading the entire operation and working closely with the Operations Manager; Requires analyzing data and translating it into key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring their achievement; Focus on continuous improvement of processes to elevate the team's performance; Responsibilities include making and implementing action plans, coaching employees, and planning headcount; Essential to motivate employees, show enthusiasm, and have strong people management skills; Position aimed at expanding business operations to enhance customer service and facilitate further growth. YOUR PROFILE Bachelor working and thinking level; You have proven knowledge of warehousing, processes, and project management with a complexity comparable to Arvato’s; You are ambitious, proactive, and independent professional with strong analytical skill; It is important that you have the eagerness to serve your customer at a high-quality level; You are flexible and like an elevated level of dynamism in your day; It is your personal drive to go for the best result. WE OFFER A salary between €2,975 and €5,531.
