Pay Information $375 to $400 per hour About The Position Gastroenterology Locums in Indiana We're seeking a dedicated Gastroenterologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Indiana. This is a chance to secure consistent coverage with a schedule designed for work-life balance, allowing you to maximize time off between assignments. Highlights Ongoing Need for a Gastroenterology Hospitalist. Block scheduling available - work 7 days on, 7 days off. Temporary privileges available with a credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days. Open to IMLC Physicians or those with an active Indiana license. Practice Setting Inpatient setting Level 2 Trauma Facility. Admissions required. Schedule Only 7 days per month - 7am-7pm shifts. Call-only coverage with a 30-minute response time required. Opportunity for long stretches of time off between blocks. Procedures and Cases Upper and Lower GI endoscopy with biopsy. Colonoscopy with excision of polyp. Manage 3-4 outpatient scopes per day Monday-Friday, plus inpatient cases. Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology.
