Job Description Job Description Professional Development Specialist Triumph supports the education, well-being and self-sufficiency of young children and their families through high quality early childhood programs and community engagement. The Professional Development Specialist will provide coaching and professional learning opportunities to early childhood staff in evidence-based approaches that lead to greater teacher effectiveness. Collaborate with teachers and staff to support the implementation of social emotional strategies through reflection on their own practice. Provide training and technical assistance on Conscious Discipline to families of enrolled children. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with previous coaching experience ( Applicants nearing completion of a Bachelor’s degree in related field and relevant experience will be considered) Possess or have the ability to obtain certificate in Practice Based Coaching within an appropriate timeframe General knowledge of the social/emotional learning principals and/or Conscious Discipline essentials Must be able to work sensitively with adults and children of diverse backgrounds with varying physical and emotional abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality Willingness and ability to stay updated and informed on all strategies, resources and guidance from Conscious Discipline Must be proactive, detail oriented and well-organized Ability to work some evenings and travel locally and out of state for work events Benefits & Compensation Salary range is $42,143.47 - $53,786.93 dependent on education and experience Great Benefit Package including: Vacation, PTO, Sick Time I 13 paid Holidays I 4-day paid Winter Break I Health, Dental, Vision, Long/ Short term disability I 403B Retirement Plan with 5% generous agency match I Paid Education and Trainings I Staff Wellness Programs and much more!
