Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on sprinkler systems. Complete service and deficiency repair lists, submitting them alongside the inspection documentation. Perform minor repairs and programming changes under authorized supervision. Deliver exceptional customer service and address client needs efficiently. Adhere to a structured inspection schedule and complete assignments punctually. Required Skills and Qualifications: NICET II certification in Testing and Inspections is mandatory. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 50-70 lbs. Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing systems and implementing necessary repairs. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record; must be able to pass a background and drug test.
