Estates Operative

Morgan Hunt are recruiting an Estates Operative for a social housing organisation in Renfrewshire. We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Estates Operative to help keep the local community clean, safe, and welcoming. Key duties include: General caretaking & minor repairs Cleaning communal areas & preparing void properties Garden maintenance under our assistance scheme Litter picking, waste collection & estate inspections Supporting residents with excellent customer care What we're looking for: A team player with a positive, "can do" attitude Physically able to move bins and perform manual tasks Experience working with the public Driving licence essential Caretaking experience preferred This is initially an 8 week opportunity but could go longer term.
