We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive candidate to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our custody business. Job Responsibilities Lead the business development and sales efforts within the responsible region, conducting industry understanding and market analysis to advise on the design and iteration of new innovative products and marketing strategies. Develop effective team incentive plans and bring sales team management experience to Cactus Custody. Expand customer base and sales channels. Engage in new customer communication, contract signing, organize training for new users, maintain customer expectations, and prepare various documents including sales decks, user scenario solutions, bidding documents, etc. Prepare quarterly sales reports and analysis, stay informed about the custody industry and platform business, and track industry trends and hot topics. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to enhance Cactus Custody's industry influence and brand awareness. Job Requirements Relevant experience in blockchain or financial industries, with solid client relationship management skills. Over 8 years of work experience, including 3-5 years relevant to the crypto industry, with knowledge of blockchain, CeFi, DeFi, etc., and a deep understanding of these fields. Ability to guide new and potential clients into the exciting crypto/meta world. Extensive sales experience and resources in traditional financial institutions, with strong communication and relationship-building skills with banks, funds, family offices, etc. A proven track record of achieving targets related to lead generation, client onboarding, and brand awareness. Resilience under pressure, strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and good communication and coordination skills. Bilingual in Mandarin and English. Why Join Us?
