There is now an exciting opportunity to join them as a Regional HR Manager to support people initiatives and drive operational excellence. about the job Reporting to the President, Asia, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions across Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan. You will be a key advisor to senior business stakeholders and ensure that HR policies and practices are aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with management teams in Southeast Asia and Taiwan to identify strategic issues, workforce planning, or organizational design challenges, and provide advice and expertise to develop solutions. Manage the full spectrum of HR functions from onboarding to offboarding, including HR operations, talent acquisition, talent development and management, employee legislation, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement. Liaise with HQ to drive strategic HR projects like talent mapping, market analysis, etc. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth in the organization. skills and experience required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5-8 years of experience as a Human Resources professional. In-depth knowledge of local and regional manpower legislations. Hands-on and operationally strong, with a meticulous mindset and attention to detail. Independent and proactive, with the ability to work in lean teams.
