Your Role As the Senior Director of Clinics , you'll oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of our Rural Health Clinics , ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and staff . Your leadership will be essential in enhancing clinic efficiency, maintaining compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence . Your key responsibilities will include: Leadership & Administration - Develop policies, ensure compliance with healthcare laws, and enhance patient satisfaction. Staff Management - Hire, train, and support medical professionals and administrative staff. Financial & Budgetary Oversight - Develop and manage clinic budgets, ensuring financial sustainability. Patient Care & Experience - Drive high-quality patient care, address concerns, and implement improvements. Operational Efficiency - Oversee scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to maximize clinic effectiveness. What You'll Need Education - Bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field. Experience - At least 3 years of clinic management experience , preferably in a union environment . Skills & Knowledge - Familiarity with Rural Health Clinic regulations , healthcare laws, and best practices. Technical Proficiency - Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Epic . Certifications - BLS certification (required within 6 months-we'll help you get it).
