Duties & Responsibilities: Administer Medication and perform treatments of residents. Order medications as needed from the pharmacy on a timely basis. Report changes in resident condition to Director of Health Services and/or Physician. Document accurately in resident's chart and communicate with other Nursing/Leadership staff effectively. Oversee PCAs and assist with hands on care as needed.
