This brand new role offers a rare opportunity to build and shape the eCommerce strategy of a well-established company as part of our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you’ll: Own our eCommerce performance strategy Improve customer experience across our websites Optimise conversion rates using A/B testing and performance analysis Collaborate with UX, marketing, and development teams Drive engagement and implement solutions for abandoned carts What we’re looking for: A commercially-minded, data-driven thinker Experience in eCommerce or digital performance roles Someone who thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement Experience with user journey optimisation tools is a plus!
